Meadowdale’s Declaration of Restrictions (DORs) were recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for New Castle County in December 1986. The DORs were imposed on the parcel of land situated in Mill Creek Hundred, New Castle County, Delaware, known as Meadowdale. The Meadowdale Maintenance Association (MMA) is a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware. All persons or entities who are record owners automatically become a “Member” of MMA.
